The room had usb charging next to the bed. I found plenty of plug sockets in the room (which IS a BIG plus).

the rooms have modern look and recently got refurbished. i loved the comfy bathrooms with bathrobes and usb charging next to the bed. there's plenty of plug sockets in my room. the toiletries are really pleasant and complete with bathroom stuff.
the woman at checkout wasn't very friendly when i wanted to leave my bags. she rolled her eyes when i apologized for something and muttered to herself. it kinda ruined a lovely stay i had.

The hotel is near plaza di espana and the royal palace. It is a fantastic spot. i found it easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. the location really helped me see lots of cool stuff.

The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool, which gives great views. the breakfast was excellent. I really had a good choice. i saw fresh orange juice was squeezed as i watched. This was the cherry on top.

The staff are friendly and super helpful. I appreciated that. the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were adorable to me. the room was clean and maintained well. I enjoyed that the staff took care of it.

The room was a superior double room terrace. The air-conditioning worked well and the shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were helpful and attentive to every request. The hotel restaurant provided some of the best meals I had.
The reception area seemed understaffed at times. There was often only one person available for both check-in and check-out.

The hotel location in the heart of the vibrant Gran Via was fabulous. The hotel is close to the Plaza España metro. The room with a terrace was amazing. I enjoyed sitting out there with a coffee every morning.
I booked a room with a balcony. I was given the worst one with an ugly view, unlike the pictures. It was always occupied, very annoying

Excellent city center hotel
amazing quietinteresting featuresextra fee
the staff were polite and very helpful. i had a spacious and immaculate room. even though my room faced a busy street, it remained quiet. the rooftop pool and loungers provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of traveling. the building has many interesting architectural features.
i found the tv lacked apps like netflix. the hotel charges an extra fee for spa entry, even for hotel guests. it was not possible to arrange a slightly later checkout the evening before departure (i could only do it the morning itself).

the rooftop pool area included multiple loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. spa facilities at the hotel offered various treatments, including massages. there is a bar at the entrance with a variety of drinks available .

housekeeping kept the hotel very clean and maintained perfect standards. the reception team was friendly and provided proactive service. the café team and spa therapists were also very attentive to the needs of the guests (making the stay nice).

the hotel is situated in the very centre of everything, close to many landmarks. the location is close to shopping areas and tourist attractions. the hotel is within walking distance to attractions and offers easy subway access.
